CashPath (“CashPath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a financial-education app that teaches money skills through short lessons. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app does and does not collect, and how it is handled. We built CashPath to be privacy-friendly: your learning happens on your device, and we do not run servers that collect your personal information.
CashPath does not require an account, and we do not collect, store, or transmit personal information such as your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location to our servers. We do not operate servers that receive your personal data.
So the app works, some information is saved locally on your device only, using your device’s standard app storage:
A display name and avatar you choose (this can be anything — it does not need to be your real name).
Your learning progress (lessons completed, XP, streaks, badges, and settings).
Your answers to the optional in-app questionnaires (for example, the “find your card” and “find your account” quizzes and the money-goal questions), which are used only on your device to show you personalized suggestions.
This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. If you delete the app, this information is removed. You can also reset it anytime in the app (Profile → Reset progress).
CashPath offers an optional paid subscription (“CashPath Pro”). Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store — we never see or receive your credit card or payment details.
To unlock Pro, restore purchases, and check whether a subscription is active, we use a third-party service called RevenueCat. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat processes limited information such as an anonymous app-user identifier, your device type and platform, and the purchase receipt provided by Apple. RevenueCat does not receive your name or payment-card details. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy
Payment, billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple under its own terms and privacy policy: Apple Privacy Policy.
CashPath’s lessons and its Cards & Accounts section mention real companies, financial institutions, and products — for example, banks, credit cards, and their names and logos — for educational and comparison purposes only. CashPath is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used here only for identification and education. Rates, fees, and product details are shown for illustration, can change at any time, and should always be verified directly with the provider. Nothing in CashPath is financial advice.
CashPath does not show third-party ads and does not use third-party advertising or tracking technologies. If this ever changes, we will update this policy first.
The limited information described above is used only to save and display your progress and personalized suggestions on your device, and to provide and restore your Pro subscription. We do not sell or share your information — and there is nothing personal for us to sell, because we do not collect it.
Because your progress is stored on your own device, its security is tied to your device’s security. Subscription information handled by RevenueCat and Apple is protected under their respective security practices.
CashPath is a general-audience educational app and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Because the app does not collect personal data, no personal information about a child is gathered. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Reset your data: Profile → Reset progress in the app.
Delete all data: uninstall the app.
Manage or cancel your subscription: in your Apple account settings (Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions).
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Because we do not collect personal information, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our side — but you may contact us with any questions.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
